Castleisland Community College student Padraig McCarthy won the Munster Vocational school title Under 16 on Wednesday last when he defeated Stephen Costello (Colaiste Na Trocaire) Limerick 17/7. The Munster Finals were played in Mallow.
On Saturday we travelled to Ventry to play in the County B Championships. We wish to thank all the parents who travelled the long distance to be with us. We had a great day and the hospitality in Ventry was absolutely fantastic.
